Empty yourself first. On that day, the thought of leaving this position crossed J's mind once again, probably because they didn't successfully transfer to the internal department this time. Also, dealing with dishonest people in the office seemed challenging. In fact, J had always been someone easily influenced, but they had never thought about how to make a change. It's not that J was unwilling to change; it's just that the idea of change had never entered their thought process. On the same day, a powerful new term popped into J's mind: "courage."
